OVERVIEW

Performance that stays on track.

Rail corridors must maintain consistent geometry under repeated dynamic loading. Park reinforcement, confinement, separation and drainage materials strengthen track formations, stabilise embankments and protect critical layers from water and erosion.

02

Embankment & ground improvement

Weak and compressible soils can produce differential settlement that affects track geometry. Basal reinforcement redistributes stress, improves construction stability and can be combined with confined working platforms for heavy railway construction equipment.

03

Track reinforcement

Geosynthetic reinforcement within ballast, sub-ballast or above the subgrade improves aggregate confinement and spreads repeated axle loads. The resulting composite layer helps control permanent deformation and preserve consistent support through mainline, heavy-haul and transition zones.

04

Slope & erosion protection

Weathering and concentrated runoff can erode railway slopes and weaken formation edges. Cellular confinement and filtration materials retain surface soil or aggregate, support vegetation and guide water away from vulnerable ground.
